Please be assured that you have come to the right place! We know that allergy symptoms can be frustrating and wearing on a person. Please see us for an evaluation. Your initial visit may take some time for a thorough history. Also, additional testing may be needed such as skin testing, laboratory tests, spirometry, x-ray studies, and rhinoscopy in order to come to an accurate diagnosis.

A Little About Us

North Texas Allergy & Asthma Associates was founded in 1927 by Dr. Harvey Black, a pioneer in the field of allergy. He was joined by Dr. James Holman in 1950. Dr. Holman grew the practice into one of the foremost allergy clinics in the Southwest. He also wrote many articles and papers, and was instrumental in the development of novel allergy therapies. In 2004, Dr. Sandeep Gupta joined the practice. Throughout his training, Dr. Gupta has been awarded many honors and distinctions. Dr. Nastaran Safdarian joined in 2011 after completing allergy, asthma, and immunology fellowship at the University of Michigan. Both Dr. Gupta and Dr. Safdarian are board-certified allergists. Together with our specialized staff, we continue to carry forward the proud tradition of allergy care; Meshing together new age technology and training with the proven techniques of the past.
